Writing Assignment while in Spain

Greeting World,
While I was in Spain, our teacher give us a writing assignment. Below is that writing assignment. The picture I have attached below is of the painting I wrote about, however I will say, that this picture does it no justice. The painting is beautiful!

"View from her Brother's House in Bonn" Painted by Gabriele Muenter
I picked "View from her Brother's House in Bonn", by Gabriele Muenter. It is part of the Collection in the Museo Thyssen- Bornemisza. Some of the visual elements of this painting is color and texture. The colors are bright blues, oranges, reds, whites, greens.Very vivid colors. The trees are so colorful browns, green, orange and reds. The house in the background are reds, blue, white. The texture of the painting, you can see the brush strokes that Muenter used. You can tell that she didn't paint in any particular way. The painting  makes you feel as you are looking outside at a street lined with fall colored trees. There is a column to the right giving the space a feeling of looking out from a balcony. When I saw this painting the first thing that caught my eye was the trees, they were colorful and in a uniformed line. I am a tree lover as well.
